Every year, Sadler’s Smokehouse goes through multiple food safety and quality tests to ensure we give our customers the safest products possible. We have consistently scored in the top 1% for food safety and product quality.

High Pressure Pasteurization

In 2007, Sadler’s partnered with Avure Technologies Inc., The Global Leader in High Pressure Pasteurization Technology, to improve product quality and safety. High Pressure Locked Packaging is a part of manufacturing our Sadler’s Premium Pit-Smoked line of products. It is an all-natural process approved by the USDA. This process protects the flavor and the safety of our products against harmful bacteria. Sadler’s Smokehouse is one of an exclusive group of companies to use this technology on sliced meats.

Our High Pressure Locked Packaging lets us bring you a safe product with an all natural process. The true taste of pit-smoke with High Pressure Locked Packaging ensures your enjoyment. We highlight the process on our Products to let consumers know that Sadler’s has taken extra steps towards quality assurance.

Other Food Safety Processes

With various packaging configurations, not all products can be sent through the High Pressure Pasteurization process. In order to guarantee quality on these products, Sadler’s uses a traditional hot-fill process or post packaging cook process. With our focus on food safety, we can ensure the best quality to our customers.
