Sadler's Smokehouse Onion & Garlic Roasted Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS
14 oz Sadler’s Smokehouse Onion & Garlic Roasted Beef, cut into strips
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Can Beef Broth
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup White Wine (Optional)
Egg Noodles, Cooked and Drained According to Package Directions, Tossed with 2 Tablespoons Butter

DIRECTIONS
In a medium sauce pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté 4-5 minutes, or until tender. Add broth (and wine) and whisk in mushroom soup. Add brisket and heat until near boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer, cooking 15-20 minutes or until thickened. Stir in sour cream and continue cooking an additional 5 minutes. Serve over egg noodles. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes before serving.
