INGREDIENTS

• 5 Cups SADLER'S SMOKEHOUSE® Smoked Turkey– diced, sliced or cubed (approximately 2 packages or 4 lbs)
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 medium chopped onion
• 2 cloves of garlic diced
• 3 cans chopped green chilies
• 6 tablespoons flour
• 2 cans low salt low fat chicken broth
• 4 teaspoons cumin
• 4 cans Northern or Navy Beans
• Shredded cheese
• Sour cream
• Fresh diced cilantro

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a stock pot over medium heat, combine all ingredients, except Turkey Breast. Cover and bring to a boil.

    2. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1 ½ hours until red potatoes and carrots are tender.

    3. Add Turkey Breast and continue simmering for 20 minutes.

    4. Serve stew over hot rice.
